Commemorative badge of the 5th Polish (Siberian) Rifle Division.
It is commonly assumed that it was approved by the Minister of Military Affairs on December 13, 1921. However, Mieczyslaw Wełna states, based on the Journals of Orders of the Ministry of Military Affairs, that it was established in 1922 and approved in 1923.
Badge with No. 1731 (engraved), two-piece, silver, gilt, enamel.
On the reverse engraved data of the recipient of this badge Kostecki J. / 1731 and dates 1918 / 1920 .

Badge with beautiful patina, very good minus condition - visible rubbing of gilding, scratches and small chipping of enamel next to crown.
