Rare, first and penultimate vintage of the Oels three kreuzer of Karl Friedrich.
Very rare and unlisted variety in the Ejzenhart-Miller catalogue being a hybrid of dies from 1708 and 1709. In the three kreuzer coins from 1708 the title was written as CARL FRID while only a year later it was CAR FRID so the presented specimen has a reverse from 1708 and an obverse from 1709. On the reverse are the initials CVL Christian von Loh mintmaster in Oels and Bierutow in the years 1701-1711.
