A very interesting document from the meeting of the Polish group of founders of the Gdańsk issuing bank.
The original protocol with pen corrections.
The whole thing is covered in a paper dust jacket.
A big treat for collectors of banknotes of the Free City of Gdańsk.
In 1924, the Bank of Gdańsk was established, which replaced the Gdańsk Central Bank and was to issue a new currency – Gdańsk guilders, which replaced the Gdańsk mark in the same year. Polish capital accounted for as much as forty percent of the bank's shares. The Bank of Gdańsk was closed at the beginning of World War II - on 6 September 1939.
