Lithuanian schilling of John II Casimir, struck in Vilnius mint in 1665. On the reverse, under the Knight, there is a HKPL monogram, on the left side of which most likely a star.
Unfortunately, due to the eccentric struck of the obverse, we are not sure whether there is a dot or a star after IOAN in the obverse legend.
