Extremely rare medal commemorates the member of the Great Sejm, Jan Nepomucen Małachowski, an envoy to Saxony in 1789.
Medal was created in the 19th century by Majnert, coming from the so-called The Deputies' Suite, i.e. a series of medals commemorating the members of the Great Sejm, who were sent on a diplomatic mission to the most important countries in the world.
