Unquestionably one of the rarest Polish specimens.
Specimen issued by the General Government of Warsaw, series II with the corrected "General-Government" clause.
Double-sided printing with diagonal red Muster overprint on both sides. Serial number A • 0000000.
A variety with the incorrectly wrote word "Biletów", which was later corrected by the issuer.
Graded 62 by PMG with "previously mounted" remark on the back.
Clear discoloration of the paper resulting from long-term exposure to sunlight of a part of the banknote field that was not covered by the lower denomination in the set, where individual denominations were stacked one on top of the other.
The highest rarity spcimen, typologically extremely desirable due to the variant with the incorrectly written word "Biletów" with a capital letter. The rarity is confirmed by the PMG registry, which is already rich in Polish banknotes, where the offered note is the ONLY registered piece. Best piece ever auctioned in Poland.
