The rarest Nike vintage and one of the best-preserved pieces yet to be auctioned in Poland!
The rarest circulation coin of the Second Republic of Poland, which was minted in a relatively high mintage, but the vast majority of this mintage was melted down. As Jerzy Chalupski writes in his catalog , "After this issue was withdrawn from circulation, the Warsaw mint melted 22.8 million five-zloty coins out of a total mintage of 26.7 million. The vast majority of coins from the 1932 mintage were melted, hence its great rarity and high market quotations."
Piece in unprecedented state of preservation. Details impotently moved by circulation, the figure of Nike very well preserved, only impotently moved on the upper parts. The side with the eagle even nicer with practically unmoved feathers on the eagle's belly. Background with still visible clock luster, locally rubbed, but without affecting the overall perception of the coin.
The rarest circulating coin of the Second Republic in a state of preservation that only single collections can boast. Emotions in the auction room guaranteed, as the opportunity to buy such a well-preserved Nike 1932 comes extremely rarely! An exceptional item!
