Very interesting polonicum described by Janusz Kurpiewski in the Numismatic Bulletin.

Dutch 2.5 gulden with Queen Juliana with a countermark on the obverse with the Polish Eagle in the shield.

Issue related to the humanitarian action "Dutch aid to Poles" , the aim of which was to help the Polish nation after the declaration of martial law.
