A rare variation of the design from the first issue of PKO SA vouchers in 1960. Current numbering, purple diagonal MODEL stamp and single perforation.
The patterns were created in connection with the increase in the number of Pewex stores, hence for the new establishments the pattern booklets were made on pieces originally intended for circulation.
