An interesting document from the 19th century concerning the activities of the Bank of Poland.
Printed on paper with a beautiful watermark.
The document signed in his own hand by Benedykt Niepokoyczycki, who was the President of the Bank of Poland from 1855 to 1862, and his facsimile signature can be seen, among others, on some issues of ruble banknotes of the Bank of Poland (in the case of this document, he signed "for the President of the Bank" in 1851; it is not a facsimile printed as on banknotes, but a personally executed signature).
