An extremely rare variant of the design. A variant with the correct dark blue "Specimen" overprint on the obverse and "Specimen" on the reverse, but made on a current, circulating numbered bill. No specimen numbering, probably a one-off piece.
Slight surface creasing of the paper on the right margin.
Piece in printer's condition with beautifully preserved original printing gloss.
Technically unblemished.
A great treat for collectors of the communist period.
